If you originally scheduled the call, with the correct age, but you are hearing the wrong age, we have found out that the customers are listening to a 'past' voicemail, in their APP.
Uninstall the current APP and then re-install the latest version of our Santa call APP. You can do that by clicking HERE!
You will be able to see the new call that you have waiting to schedule. Once the child has received the new call it will then be saved as a voicemail in your APP.
