If you purchase a Santa Letter Package (Gold, Silver or Platinum), your package allows you to choose 1 of our 7 videos after you personalized the Santa Letter Package (on the receipt page).
The video comes with unlimited online view only until 12/20. However, you can wait to personalize the video up until 12/24. If you personalize the video on or after 12/19, you will have 48hrs with unlimited views.
Please note, this is NOT downloadable. However, if you love the video, you are able to purchase the keepsake version through your Member Account. It will be located in the 'Videos' tab, which you will then click the 'Download' button on the video you'd like to purchase. It will ask you to select 1 of 2 Christmas Eve videos. It will then automatically generate your Christmas Eve video off your original video. You will then receive an email once it's been completed.
