Q: How do I log into my member account?
A: Simply go here to login to your member account using your email and password.
Q: I forgot my password?
A: Forget your password... no problem! Simply go here to have a link emailed to you. If you're signed up with SMS, you can also have a text sent to you. :)
Q: My email has changed. How can I change it in my Member Account?
A: If you have a new email, you will need to create a new account under your new email by clicking here. However, any past orders will have to remain under your old email account and password. We apologize for any inconveniences.
Q: When placing an order, why am I required to create a Member Account?
A: Anyone who places an order to receive a package from Santa needs a Member Account. This allow you to be able to view your order status, edit your Santa letter or ship to address if needed. This is also where you go to personalize your free bonus items that come with every purchased package (Santa phone call and Santa video). You will also be able to make any changes such as your password, etc....
Q: What will my member account look like (Sample)?
Orders tab: If you did a pre-purchase order (sample shown below), click on the package to personalize the letter package. Once you have personalized the letter package, you will receive an order # for that letter. If changes are needed, simply click on the order # that needs change. You can make changes to your letter and ship to address if the package still shows 'submitted' not processed.
Videos tab: Once your letter package is personalized, you will came back to your member account to personalize the video.
Calls tab: Once your letter package is personalized, you will came back to your member account to personalize the call from Santa.
