Q: Does my package come with a FREE phone call from Santa?
A: Every package ordered with PackageFromSanta.com comes with a FREE call from Santa using our FREE Santa Call APP.
Q: I bought a package, but how does the APP work?
A: You will need to download the APP by clicking here. Login as an existing user using your PackageFromSanta.com member account email and the 4 digit elf pass code that was provided in your PackageFromSanta.com member account (Under the 'Calls' tab). The number of packages bought will be the number of calls loaded into your APP automatically, under your email. Please note that the call comes through the APP. It is not a call that is scheduled to someones actual phone #. Please be sure to allow push notifications so the call will come through when scheduled. You can schedule a date and time for the call and even upload a photo of your child! We do not recommend this APP be installed on a child's phone.
Q: I bought a package, but I'm not the parent/guardian of the child who needs this call?
A: No problem. Simply login to your PackageFromsanta.com member account by clicking here. Click into the 'Calls' tab and click to schedule the call for the child. A 'pop up' will show you instructions on how to use the APP. However, below you will see where you can email the instructions to the parent/guardian of the child. The email being sent to them, will give them instructions on how to use the APP as it will provide them with your email and pass code. The number of packages bought, will be the number of calls loaded into the APP under your email. Please note that the call comes through the APP. It is not a call that is scheduled to someones actual phone #. We do not recommend this APP be installed on a child's phone.
Q: What kind of calls do you have on the APP?
A: Christmas, Christmas Eve, After Christmas, Naughty and Birthday calls.
Q: Why didn't my child receive their call from the APP?
A: Santa can't connect to your phone if your 'Push Notifications' are turned off. Should this happen, simply turn on your 'Notifications' in your phone settings and try again. Your call will still be waiting in the APP! :)
Q: Why can't I log into my APP using my Elf pass code?
A: We recommend deleting the APP and then re-installing it on your phone. You may even want to reboot your phone. If you are still having issues, please submit a request, so we can help you out further.
