How do I make changes to my ship to address?

How do I make changes to my orderYou can make changes to your order, as long as the order status shows 'SUBMITTED' and NOT 'PROCESSED'!

You are able to make changes to the following items within your Member Account:

  • Billing Address 
  • Shipping Address
  • Santa letter
  • Nice Certificate
  • Santa Photo
  • Santa Flight Plan
  • Parchment Nice List Book

To make changes simply log into your Member Account by clicking HERE! It will already have the 'Orders' tab open. You can then select the order number that needs to be edited. Once you click into the order detail, scroll down past the receipt area where you will see the edit buttons to make any changes.
