As long as the order status shows 'SUBMITTED', you are able to make changes to the shipping address and Santa letter. Once the status is 'PROCESSED', changes can no longer be made. Simply log into your Member Account by going to LOGIN. You can locate your orders in red 'Orders' tab, shown at the top. You can then select the order # that needs to be edited. There you will see where you can change the ship-to address and Santa letter.
