1. 📧 Notification: After your video is personalized, usually 3-5 hours after, an email notification is sent. If you can't find it, check spam, junk, and promotions folders.
2. 🎥 Viewing the Video: Log into your Member Account to view your video.
3. 🌟 Video Versions:
- 'Bonus Video' Unlimited Version: Offers online views until December 20th.
- Keepsake Version: Viewable online until January 10th. Comes with downloading privileges and a special Christmas Eve video that can be downloaded as well.
4. 💳 Purchasing the Keepsake Version: If you only have the Unlimited version, you'll be prompted to upgrade to the 'Keepsake' version inside your Member Account. If you opt not to, simply click 'No, thanks, continue to my video.'
5. ⬇️ Downloading Your Video from your Member Account:
- PC/Mobile: Go to your Member Account and click 'Download'.
- Mobile (Android): Go to your Member Account and click 'Download'. Save the mp4 directly from the website.
- Mobile (iOS Safari): Go to your Member Account and click 'Download'. Open the URL ending in .mp4 > tap the share icon 📤. Tap "Save to files" (it saves to the "Files" app, not the camera roll). Open the "Files" app > open the .mp4 > tap the share icon. Choose "Save Video" (now it's in your camera roll 📲).
6. 🔄 Sharing Your Video: Once the video (either version) is ready, share via Twitter, Facebook, or Email by accessing your Member Account and clicking 'SHARE'.
📝 Note: The watermark is removed in the downloaded 'Keepsake' version. When watching or sharing online, the watermark is visible. Videos are approximately 80MB, and Christmas Eve videos are around 40 MB.
