How do I make changes to my order?

As long as the order status shows 'Submitted', you are able to make changes to the following: Shipping Address, Santa letter, Nice Certificate, and Santa Flight Plan. However, if the status shows 'Processed', changes can no longer be made.  

You can log into your Member Account by clicking HERE! It will already have the 'Orders' tab open. You can then select the order number that needs to be edited. Once you click into the order detail, scroll down past the receipt area where you will see the edit buttons to make any changes.
