Unfortunately, we don't have a way of allowing customers to change their email address associated with their Member Account. However, you will still be able to log into your account to print your receipt and see your video once it' s complete using the email address on file. If you no longer have access to, or entered an incorrect email address, you will not receive emails from us. If you haven't placed your order, you can just create a new account, but please note that your past orders will still be found in your old Member Account. We apologize for any inconvenience.
