Why am I locked out of my account?

Passwords are case sensitive, so after 5 attempts, we have to lock the account due to fraud protection. However, no worries, simply go HERE and we can send you an email link to reset your password. If you're already signed up for SMS, we can text you a code to reset it as well. 

If you're having us email you a link, please be sure to check your spam folder or if you are using Gmail, they have different categories, so please check the 'promotional' category in your email account. We wouldn't want you to miss our email back to you!
